Details of Training

PDBF Society Members/President/Team Leaders are given 02 (two) days training on Leadership Development and Social Development.

The Society members of the Foundation are imparted skill development training in agro-based income generating activities (IGA), Such as: Poultry rearing, Cow rearing, Animal fattening, Goat rearing, Vegetable farming, Poultry rearing, Fish farming, etc.
Paratech has been set up to provide various basic services of PDBF to the rural population locally/community-level. Every year elected members are given paratech basic/upgrading training at district level. Paratechs provide basic solutions to various problems. As a result, The members of the Foundation especially benefited.
Weekly training forum or yard meeting is held with the Society members of the Foundation 01 day every week. In order to increase social awareness, training is imparted in 52 subjects in 52 weeks, Such as Education, Health, Nutrition, First aid, Environmental development, Sanitation, Savings and credit programs, Forestry, Women's legal rights, etc.
