01 Organization/ Society Society Members In order to form an Society, Small groups are formed with the intended population of an area and later Society are formed with them. The members of the Society regularly deposit savings and avail loan facilities. Upazilla Daridro Bimochon Officer's Office, PDBD, Bijoynagar.
02 Micro-Credit & Women Enterpreneur Loan " The members of PDBF Society can take loans of BDT. 5,000 to BDT. 150,000 in various purpose as per the rules of the Foundation. "
03 Small Enterprise Loan (SELP) Small Entrepreneur/ Businessman Small Entrepreneurs/Entrepreneurs can take loans for various projects ranging from BDT. 80,000   to BDT. 800,000  as per the rules of the Foundation after joining as a member of PDBF. The loan has to be repaid on monthly basis. "
04 Savings Benificiary Members The members of the Society have been depositing their weekly, monthly and term savings regularly since their incorporation into the Society. Interest is paid every year on the savings accumulated by the members. The members at one time owned large sums of capital. Moreover, as per the rules, members can withdraw their savings at any time from their savings during emergencies. "
05 Training "

(a) PDBF Society Members/President/Team Leaders are given 02 (two) days training on Leadership Development and Social Development.

(b) The Society members of the Foundation are imparted skill development training in agro-based income generating activities (IGA), Such as:  Poultry rearing, Cow rearing, Animal fattening, Goat rearing, Vegetable farming, Poultry rearing, Fish farming, etc.

(c) Paratech has been set up to provide various basic services of PDBF to the rural populationlocally/community-level. Every year elected members are given paratech basic/upgrading training at district level. Paratechs provide basic solutions to various problems. As a result, The members of the Foundation especially benefited.

06 Motivation "

Weekly training forum or yard meeting is held with the Society members of the Foundation 01 day every week. In order to increase Social awareness, Training is imparted in 52 subjects in 52 weeks, Such as Education, Health, Nutrition, First aid, Environmental development, Sanitation, Savings and credit programs, Forestry, Women's legal rights, etc.

07 Product Marketing " An exhibition and marketing center called "Palli Rang" has been opened in the Head office, Mainly aimed at promoting, disseminating and marketing various types of products produced by PDBF members..Initially, Various types of readymade garments, handicrafts, weaving products etc. has been started marketing for the members. District offices of PDBF & Head office
